Absolique Acid Buffer can also be used when you have endured or ingested anything acid during the day. Acid things can include but are not limited to food, alcohol, stress and lack of sleep. Acid things can be more common during holiday times. Absolique Acid Buffer is a great way to buffer acid pH and can be helpful when on holidays.
Absolique Acid Buffer has storage requirements which may make it difficult to travel with when you need it the most. Absolique Acid Buffer is best stored in a cool, dry place below 25®c. Container needs to be kept tightly sealed and requires refrigeration after opening. In hot and humid environments, it is best to keep Absolique Acid Buffer refrigerated at all times.

Because of the storage guidelines of Absolique Acid Buffer, it may not be practical to post, ship or travel with. If this is the case, here is how you can make your own; 1 heaped teaspoon bicarb of soda also known as sodium bicarbonate (organic). Stir into 50-100ml of filtered water. It’s not very tasty so you can add lemon or lime juice or safe Vitamin C powder. This make your own mixture works as well as Absolique Acid Buffer.
It is always helpful to keep an eye on your pH, even at holiday time! It is interesting to see how changes in food and routine effects your pH. Use Absolique Acid Buffer as required to help enjoy holiday time. Absolique Acid Buffer helps the body reach toward alkaline but is not an alkalizer on its own. Absolique Acid Buffer is not a miracle pH fix. We all need to work on our individual pH.
